Our Guest Booking/Reservation Procedures

Our Booking/Reservation Procedure is as follows:

  1. Go to the "Destination" link and select a Country's location out of the eight (8)AM Resorts/UVC Resorts Country's Locations and select your preferred resort.

  2. Click the Request Reservation/Availability button and fill out the Request Availability form. Your request will be forwarded to Crown Dream Holidays LLC at once.

  3. Within 6 hours of receipt of your form, we will inform you of availability and offer the best discounted deal in comparison with the current offered price if you had chosen to book directly on the AM Resorts website. We will also indicate your savings through booking with us.

  4. Subsequently, we will send you a PayPal or Payoneer Invoice which you can use to make payment with your credit card to secure your requested reservation.

  5. To complete registration, we also require that you complete our Cancellation-Refund & Disclaimer Agreement to secure repayment of funds in the case of cancellation.

  6. Upon receipt of payment and your completed Cancellation-Refund & Disclaimer Agreement Form, CDH LLC will send you your receipt of payment and written Booking/Reservation Confirmation.

Our Booking/Reservation Procedure is as follows:

  1. Acquire Availability Form completed from the client.

  2. Negotiate the best possible deal with LHVC booking/reservation center, hotel/resort,rental apartment/condo or Villa for our client.

  3. Within 24 hours of receipt of your Availability Form, we will submit the BEST BUY vacation deal to our client's request.

  4. Once our client agrees with the submitted discounted offer, we will send a Pay Pal or Payoneer Invoice to the client which can be used to make payment for reservation by credit/debit card through our Payoneer payment provision or by Pay Pal if client has a Pay Pal account and wished to use that option.

  5. To complete registration, we also require that you complete our Cancellation-Refund & Disclaimer Agreement to secure repayment of funds in the case of cancellation.

  6. Upon receipt of payment and your completed Cancellation-Refund & Disclaimer Agreement Form, CDH LLC will send you your receipt of payment and written Booking/Reservation Confirmation.
